Top 5 Productivity Tips For 2017
Schedule, Leverage, Outsourse
(Keysha Bass wakeup call notes 2/25/2017)
Everything to make money is about mindset.
Yesterday did outsourcing webinar. Showed how to hire someone.
Productivity tips today.
1 Leverage systems.
Figured out we could leverage a system. Don’t have to spend time learning the latest and greatest. Could do that or leverage a system and outsource most of that work. Systems are cool, can set up even for your house. May want to set up a system for yourself. Do different section of your house each day. So you don’t have to spend all day Saturday cleaning.

Same thing applies to building your business online. Set up systems so you will have more time and more peace of mind. Went all the way to Level 5 leveraging system campaigns.
Do a short video about the training, then direct them to the training.
2 Just say no to multitasking.
Taught to do multiple things at once. Feel getting more done when actually switching tasks (email, facebook, etc) causes you to waste more time in your day. Work on one thing for a block of time. Focus.
3 Schedule everything.
Learned many years ago. Told, if it’s not scheduled, it won’t get done. If it is not scheduled, you have no intention to do it. Schedule when you will prospect. It won’t get done if you don’t schedule. Schedule your video, blog, etc. You cannot manage time. It will keep going. Within the time you have manage yourself. Wake up call on calendar. Every day notified of the wake-up call. Tuesday webinar on calendar.
4 Do one push up challenge
Like if wanted to work out for 30 minutes. Say I am going to do one pushup.
Reading, I will read one page.
Dishes, I will wash 3 dishes.
Book: Power of habits.
Write a list of things you do, cooking, cleaning, laundry, yard work, etc.
Ask, do I have to do it myself?
Videos do not outsource the video, no model or actor. But can outsource editing.
Can I delegate it?
Can I delete it?
